Estate with an internationally-renowned name, set in the area famed for the production of Moscato d’Asti and occupying an area of 76,000 square metres.
The vineyards extend across an area of 52,000 square metres, almost all of which cultivated with Moscato d’Asti.
The other grape varieties cultivated are: Freisa – 3,000 m2, Pinot – 1000 m2 and Sauvignon – 1,300 m2.
The guesthouse and restaurant set amidst the Moscato vineyards are part of the building that also comprises the owner’s home and the winery.
The restaurant occupies 170 m2 on the ground floor, with seating in the dining room for over 50 people. On the first floor there are five rooms and bathrooms, to sleep 12 guests.
The property comprises a rural building, which requires renovation. This building has three storeys, offering a total surface area of 330 square metres, plus a yard and another private area.
