Born over 25 years ago from a deep love for this land and a life choice, this award-winning winery has been recognized over the years by specialized magazines and organizations such as Gambero Rosso, Bibenda, Decanter, and Wine Hunter for the excellence of its wines. Most recently, in August 2025, it was featured by the national newspaper La Repubblica in an article titled “Reds for the Beach” for its fabulous Freisa, interpreted in a delicate style and best enjoyed chilled, crafted by the winery owner—also known as “The Freisa Guru.”
From nearly 5 hectares of owned vineyards and another 4 hectares under lease, the estate obtains the grape supply for its winemaking operations.
The property includes approximately 8 hectares of registered land, which also encompasses about 2 hectares of hazelnut groves.
The buildings dedicated solely to the winery—featuring attractive architecture with wooden ceilings and resin floors—include the wine shop, storage facilities, equipment sheds, and are surrounded by a spacious, fenced courtyard with a garden and an overlying 20 kw photovoltaic system. These structures cover just under 1,000 square meters and provide ample space for processing, winemaking, and aging, including a characteristic barrel cellar. Parts of the facilities have been recently renovated and insulated.
The winery is equipped with the most modern and efficient tools to produce up to 120.000 bottles, and also includes all necessary agricultural machinery. It is offered for sale “turnkey.”
The current significant turnover also includes substantial contract winemaking and processing for third parties.
An adjacent two-story residential building with an attic (to be restored), totaling 250 square meters, can serve either as the owner’s residence or as guest accommodations.
